3. Product description
Kneeify™ MotionLock is an adjustable knee support designed for general sport, exercise, walking and everyday movement.
Kneeify™ MotionLock is not sold as a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness, injury or medical condition.
Product descriptions, photographs, videos, colours, measurements and other information are provided to help customers make an informed choice. Minor differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings or manufacturing variations.
4. Product suitability
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, size guide, colour choices and left or right options before ordering.
Before using Kneeify™ MotionLock, customers should ensure that:
- the correct size has been selected;
- the correct left or right option has been selected;
- the support is fitted securely without being excessively tight;
- circulation and normal movement are not restricted; and
- the product is suitable for the intended activity.
Stop using Kneeify™ immediately if discomfort, numbness, irritation, swelling or restricted circulation occurs.
Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional regarding persistent pain, injury, mobility concerns or whether a knee support is suitable for your circumstances.
5. Product safety
Kneeify™ should only be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions supplied.
Do not use Kneeify™ MotionLock:
- on broken, irritated or infected skin;
- if any part is damaged or defective;
- in a manner that causes pain or loss of circulation;
- as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment; or
- for activities beyond the product’s intended general-support use.
Products sold in Great Britain must be safe under normal or reasonably foreseeable use, and businesses placing products on the market have product-safety responsibilities.
6. Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may:
- limit quantities;
- update product designs or specifications;
- remove options;
- discontinue products; or
- temporarily pause sales.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and a refund.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in British pounds sterling unless another currency is shown during checkout.
The final amount payable, including applicable delivery costs, discounts and taxes, will be displayed before payment is completed.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, discount or website errors. If an error affects an existing order, we may contact you to offer the choice of proceeding at the correct price or receiving a refund.
8. Bundle offers and discounts
Kneeify™ may offer single-item, two-item and three-item bundles.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, colour and left or right option for each support included in a bundle.
Automatic bundle discounts are applied according to the terms displayed on the product page or during checkout.
Unless stated otherwise:
- discounts have no cash value;
- discount codes may not combine with automatic bundle offers;
- discounts cannot normally be applied after an order has been placed;
- bundle savings apply only when the required quantity remains in the order; and
- reducing the quantity may remove or recalculate the discount.
9. Order acceptance
After placing an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email.
The confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- the product is unavailable;
- delivery information is incomplete or invalid;
- the order appears fraudulent;
- an obvious pricing or discount error has occurred;
- an unusually large quantity has been ordered; or
- the order breaches these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
UK online sellers must make it clear when placing an order creates an obligation to pay and must provide confirmation of the contract in a form the customer can retain.
10. Processing and delivery
Orders are normally processed within up to 48 hours.
Estimated delivery after processing is generally 6–15 business days.
Delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur because of couriers, customs, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, supplier disruption or events outside our reasonable control.
Our separate Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms and contains further delivery information.
Unless another period has been agreed with the customer, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days.
11. Delivery details
Customers must provide a complete and accurate:
- full name;
- delivery address;
- postcode;
- email address; and
- telephone number.
Kneeify™ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Where an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed collection, refused delivery or missed courier instructions, additional shipping costs may apply before the order is sent again.
12. Customs and international charges
International orders may be subject to:
- import VAT;
- customs duties;
- local taxes;
- courier handling fees; or
- other charges imposed in the destination country.
Unless clearly stated as prepaid during checkout, these charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
Kneeify™ does not control charges imposed by customs authorities or local delivery providers.
13. Order changes and cancellations
Contact createliveit67@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfilment has begun.
Once an order has been dispatched, it may need to be handled through the Returns and Refunds Policy.
14. Returns
Kneeify™ provides a 30-day return period, subject to the conditions in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
To begin a return, contact:
Do not return an item without first receiving return instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer will normally be responsible for return postage unless applicable law requires otherwise.
UK customers buying online generally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify the seller that they wish to cancel. Refunds must generally be issued within 14 days after the seller receives the returned goods or evidence of return, subject to the applicable rules.
15. Hygiene and returned condition
Kneeify™ MotionLock is worn close to the body.
Returned products should be:
- clean;
- unworn other than brief fitting;
- free from odour, hair, marks and perspiration;
- undamaged;
- complete with all parts; and
- returned in suitable packaging.
A refund may be reduced or refused where permitted by law if the product has been handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect its fit, features and condition.
Where legally applicable, sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may lose cancellation eligibility after the seal is broken. This does not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
16. Incorrect size, colour or side
Customers are responsible for checking their selection before ordering.
If you select the wrong:
- size;
- colour;
- left or right option; or
- quantity,
you may request a return within the applicable return period, provided the product remains eligible for return.
The customer will normally be responsible for return postage and any new delivery charge where the original item was supplied exactly as ordered.
17. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Inspect your order shortly after delivery.
Contact createliveit67@gmail.com if the product:
- arrives damaged;
- appears defective;
- is missing components;
- is materially different from its description; or
- is not the size, colour, side or quantity ordered.
Please include your order number, photographs or video of the issue, packaging photographs and an explanation of the problem.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the solution may include:
- replacement parts;
- a replacement product;
- repair;
- partial refund; or
- full refund.
UK consumer law provides remedies where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, including a short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days.
18. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Your bank, card provider or payment service may take additional time to display the refunded amount.
Where legally required, the original standard-delivery charge will also be refunded. Additional amounts paid for express or upgraded delivery may not be refundable.
Our Returns and Refunds Policy contains further details.
